Top 3 Thursday
What I’m actually using, practicing, and teaching this week.
Top 3 Thursday is here. Three things I’m loving.
If you only focused on three things this week, I’d pick these.
They’re simple.
They work.
Let’s go.
1. The needle-less serum I’ve been loving lately
Okay, real life.
I am not doing needles! Like, ever.
But I do care about my skin looking healthy and fresh.
I’ve been using this needle-less serum for two months now and I’m genuinely impressed. They tested it against some of the BEST and most expensive retinol products on the market and it actually came out on top. My skin looks smoother, a little firmer, and more even and you know I wouldn’t recommend something unless I truly loved it. DRM Day runs Feb 26–March 9 with 30% off sitewide, auto-applied. 2. “I am.” “I can.”
Psychologist Albert Bandura showed that what you believe about your ability to handle something directly affects whether you take action. When you say “I can,” you build self-efficacy, which leads to more persistence and better outcomes. And research shows we act in alignment with identity. “I need to lose weight” feels like pressure. “I am someone who takes care of herself” and “I am worthy of feeling my best” builds ownership. Shame shuts down change. Agency fuels it. I created a free worksheet in Lesson 1 of my 14 Day Reset Challenge to help you practice this intentionally: https://postpartumcore.mvt.so/programs/14-day-reset-challenge
3. Exercise of the Week: Fire Hydrant with Core Set
If you need a go-to core and glute move you actually feel after 10 clean reps, try this.
Now your core has to stabilize while your hip moves. That’s where the magic is. That’s how you build strength that carries over to real life and tightens the midsection without a single crunch.
Slow. Controlled. No rocking.

That’s it for this week.
A skincare upgrade that actually works.
A mindset shift that changes how you show up.
One exercise that builds real strength.
You don’t need to do everything.
Just pick one and do it well. :)
Small shifts, done consistently, change everything.
Be well,
Irina
